In the position of Spiritual Care Practitioner, your responsibilities will include facilitating diverse worship services and spiritual programs that cater to a variety of faith backgrounds. You will engage in ongoing assessments to ensure spiritual care meets the evolving needs of residents, promoting both individual and communal spiritual growth through rituals and counseling.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement personalized spiritual care for diverse needs
• Lead and facilitate worship and reflection sessions




• Coordinate spiritual care documentation and report initiatives
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for holistic care
• Build community partnerships with external spiritual providers

Requirements:
• Master’s degree plus clinical pastoral education
• 5+ years of experience in pastoral care preferred
• Endorsement in Pastoral Ministry within a faith community
• Multi-faith experience and solid counseling skills
• Active CASC membership
