Join the Hillsdale Golf Club team as a Grounds Maintenance Crew Member. Engage in the exciting challenge of developing a new golf course while operating a variety of maintenance equipment.
As a part of the Golf Course Grounds Crew, you will report to the Assistant Superintendent or Foreman. You’ll work with a range of groundkeeping tools, ensuring the upkeep and functionality of the club’s equipment. Both full-time and part time roles are available, with flexibility throughout the week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate walk-behind and large-area mowers
• Ensure equipment cooling systems are functioning
• Clean equipment on a daily basis
• Conduct preventive maintenance as assigned
• Assist with additional duties from supervisors
Requirements:
• Knowledge of safe operation of tractors
• Ability to follow instructions accurately
• Must have a valid driver’s license
