Become a pivotal member of Evertz as a Field Service Engineer in Burlington, Ontario. This role involves hands-on technical support and adept customer service when addressing broadcast network challenges.

Leveraging your expertise, you will engage directly with clients to implement and commission Ethernet/IP networks for broadcast infrastructures. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting network issues, guiding firmware upgrades, and effectively communicating technical solutions and recommendations to diverse audiences. Partnering with product management will allow you to voice customer feature requests, enhancing our service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deploy small to large scale IP Networks
• Diagnose and resolve operational network issues

Requirements:
• Education or experience in Computer Networking
