Altum Health is looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist for a temporary part time position. You will work on complex cases related to workplace injuries and enable clients' functional capabilities through personalized therapy. Be part of a supportive team that adheres to strict confidentiality and quality improvement standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support clients in recovery from orthopedic injuries
• Implement individualized treatment plans and rehabilitation
• Collaborate with teams to ensure effective outcomes




• Manage reporting and documentation for third-party payors
• Educate clients and lead group learning sessions

Requirements:
• Must be a registered Occupational Therapist in Ontario
• Minimum two years of related experience preferred
• Experience with third-party services and case management preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
