As part of the Canada Resource Management team, you will oversee capacity management and staffing for Audit and Tax professionals. Your role includes analyzing utilization data, facilitating smooth resource deployments, and regular communication with Partners and the management team. An active contributor, you’ll help optimize staffing solutions and ensure client service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage resource staffing and maintain client bookings
• Create and update essential client and staff databases




• Develop weekly reporting on capacity and availability
• Identify unassigned resources and recommend assignments
• Support data input for annual resource planning

Requirements:
• 1-3 years relevant experience in resource management
• Solid analytical and attention to detail skills
• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel functions
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
