Lead the Fraser Mustard Early Learning Centre as the Director for Child Development Institute. This role focuses on nurturing a protected, joyful environment while ensuring exceptional education and compliance.

As the Director at CDI, you will oversee the daily operations of the Early Learning Centre, supporting a collaborative atmosphere with the school community. A fundamental part of your responsibilities will be to inspire staff and achieve regulatory compliance while providing outstanding care for the 192 children enrolled. You will build strong partnerships to enhance the educational experience for children and families.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with all education regulations
• Foster strong relations with school staff and Principal




• Create and nurture a supportive learning environment
• Develop strategies to engage families and community partners
• Provide leadership and professional development for staff

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education
• Experience in early learning and childcare environments
• Knowledge of Ontario's early years pedagogy
• Strong leadership and financial management skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and childcare apps
