Be a key player in Toronto Star Children's Charities as a Program and Development Associate. You will facilitate fundraising, enhance donor engagement, and manage volunteer efforts to support community initiatives.

This role requires you to work closely with the Senior Manager to support fundraising programs and grant applications. Your expertise will drive community fundraising campaigns and shape the social media presence for the charity. You'll also ensure efficient database maintenance and volunteer management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute strategic fundraising initiatives and donor relations
• Lead community fundraising and event management efforts
• Develop impactful communication materials for donors




• Oversee volunteer scheduling and training
• Manage data integrity for program registrants

Requirements:
• Certificate in Fundraising Management preferred
• 2-3 years’ experience in fundraising and charities
• Proficient with RE NXT functionality
• Solid organizational and analytical skills
• Effective verbal and written communication
