Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all human resources functions for over 100 employees across the organization
• Drive and support organizational change management initiatives
• Develop and implement programs that enhance company culture and employee engagement
• Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of HR systems and technology
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to the HR team
• Partner with leadership to foster accountability and a performance-driven culture
• Manage employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and retention initiatives
• Develop, update, and standardize HR policies, procedures,

• Support payroll, benefits administration, compensation programs, and related HR processes
• Ensure compliance with Ontario employment legislation and workplace regulations
• Promote strong health and safety practices within a manufacturing environment
• Support positive employee relations and a productive workplace culture

Qualifications:

• Post‑secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or operations‑focused environment
• CHRP designation required; CHRL designation considered a strong asset
• Strong knowledge of Ontario employment legislation
• Demonstrated success leading change management and organizational development initiatives
• Experience implementing and managing HRIS platforms
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are essentialfor success in this role
