• Lead process improvement initiatives through lean methodologies
• Analyze and monitor departmental performance metrics

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in a manufacturing setting
• Proven experience with Lean and Kaizen methodologies
• Strong analytical and root cause analysis skills
