In this permanent, full time role, you will focus on HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs while supporting production lines with vital equipment upkeep. Additional plumbing and general maintenance tasks will be part of your responsibilities, reinforcing the efficiency of our operations. Your expertise will be key in maintaining the joyful spirit of our chocolatiers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct preventive maintenance on all HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and repair heating and ventilation equipment




• Provide support for production machinery maintenance
• Assist with plumbing duties as necessary
• Read and analyze complex schematics and blueprints

Requirements:
• Relevant HVAC certification or license required
• 5 years’ hands-on experience in HVAC
• Food manufacturing experience preferred
• Understanding of EPA regulations essential
• Millwrighting ticket considered a plus
