Join Village Sports Inc. as a dedicated U18AAA Assistant Coach and Hockey Academy Coach. This full-time role, available starting September 1, 2026, focuses on energy and fun in youth sports development.

As a key member of the Global Sport Academy, you will shape an engaging and supportive atmosphere for student-athletes. Your responsibilities include developing personal relationships and fostering growth while also bringing in like-minded athletes to enhance the community. Daily interactions will be split between the Airdrie and Springbank academies, working under the guidance of experienced head coaches.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create a motivating workplace for student-athletes
• Cultivate athletic and personal development among players




• Recruit passionate individuals into the hockey program
• Partner with coaching staff to align program goals
• Engage with student-athletes across both academies

Requirements:
• Experience coaching youth hockey or similar
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Commitment to comprehensive sports development
• Availability to coach at multiple locations
• Passion for fostering youth sporting excellence
