Lead the way in HSE as the Manager of Health, Safety & Workplace at Sentinel Dock & Door Solutions. Drive the development of an industry-leading safety culture aligned with ISO standards.

This is a high-stakes leadership position focusing on the continuous improvement of Sentinel’s national HSE program. You will be responsible for building an environment where safety is prioritized at every level, supported by the insights of field experts. Your leadership will be critical in fostering accountability and ensuring that safety protocols are respected across all branches of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own the rollout of the HSE management system nationally
• Engage in change management for safety program adoption
• Formulate feedback loops with field experts for process improvements




• Create a proactive monitoring program for branch safety
• Manage compliance through regulatory engagement

Requirements:
• At least 7 years in HSE leadership in relevant sectors
• Experience in creating HSE programs and ISO certification
• Comprehensive understanding of OHS laws and compliance strategies
• Proven ability to influence both executives and field specialists
• Familiarity with safety regulations, specifically in Québec
