As a Patient Porter, you will play a vital role in the healthcare team by moving patients, supplies, and equipment to ensure quality patient services. You'll be utilizing wheelchairs, stretchers, and beds to facilitate secure transports while ensuring the comfort and safety of patients. Your observations and communication with medical staff will be key to maintaining excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Transport patients and personal items to designated locations
• Ensure comfort and safety needs during transport




• Assist discharged patients from units to exits
• Deliver specimens and medical supplies to assigned areas
• Transport deceased patients with care according to procedures

Requirements:
• Grade 10 education with one year of related experience
• Basic Life Support Level C Certificate
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to organize and operate necessary equipment
• Physical capability to fulfill job duties
