Join the Plasti-Fab team as a Production Supervisor, where you'll oversee production quality and efficiency. Your proactive approach will mitigate risks while supporting safety and operational excellence.

This position reports to the Plant Manager and is integral in developing and executing production plans while leading your team. You'll ensure that production meets safety, quality, and compliance requirements while providing training and development opportunities for staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Follow safety regulations and company policies strictly
• Supervise staff to hit production efficiency targets
• Manage accurate data reporting for compliance
• Attend operations and safety meetings regularly
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and respect

Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma, ideally in Operations
• 2-4 years of relevant production experience
• Solid skills in Windows, Word, and Excel
• Valid driver’s license and CPR training
• Excellent communication for engagement with teams
