You will report to the Plant Engineer in a salaried exempt capacity. Responsibilities include planning work orders, conducting meetings with the maintenance team, and preparing reports on maintenance metrics. Your expertise will play a key role in developing proactive measures to prevent equipment failures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish work priorities and schedule equipment outages
• Ensure work orders have detailed instructions and necessary parts
• Review equipment failures and implement preventive maintenance tasks
• Prepare reports on schedule compliance and equipment metrics
• Maintain technical documentation and manuals

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• 2-4 years of relevant maintenance experience
• Commitment to safety and effective communication
• Proficient in CMMS software and Microsoft Office
• Experience with condition monitoring
