Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble and fit components using hand and power tools
• Guide and support MO2 assemblers on projects
• Read and interpret technical drawings and documents
• Report discrepancies and resolve assembly issues
• Perform packing and shipping tasks as necessary

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of relevant assembly experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong ability to lift 25 lbs independently
• Basic skills in computer use and Oracle functions
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
