At O'Brien House, you will provide essential care, manage daily routines, and help individuals achieve their personal goals. Your role will be vital in delivering quality support and care planning while working with other professionals and team members to enhance daily experiences for residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer daily medications and treatment procedures
• Provide effective personal care with respect and dignity
• Collaborate with professionals regarding care strategies
• Handle cleaning, meal prep, and room management
• Actively participate in team discussions and planning

Requirements:
• Certified in elder care or social services
• Experience supporting elderly or disabled individuals
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and databases
• Valid vulnerable sector criminal check required
• Class G license and transportation needed
