In this role, you will be led by the School Principal and take part in creating and implementing service plans tailored to individual student needs. Engage with students to address their behavioral and emotional challenges, providing necessary interventions and monitoring their progress. Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and resolve attendance-related concerns
• Provide targeted social-emotional learning support
• Collaborate with the in-school team on service plans
• Implement evidence-informed interventions for students
• Offer crisis support through established protocols
Requirements:
• Completed post-secondary education in Child and Youth Care
• Minimum one year of relevant experience
• Experience in providing responsive support to youth
• Robust relationship-building skills with students and staff
• Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Background check
