Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate operations and maintenance scheduling
• Lead the use and enhancement of the CMMS
• Prepare and oversee work order estimates




• Manage external vendors and service agreements
• Collaborate on preventive maintenance strategies

Requirements:
• At least 7 years of operational facilities experience
• Proficiency in maintenance management systems
• Strong organizational skills for project management
• Technical certifications like Maintenance Management Professional preferred
• Alberta Class 5 Driver License
