In this key role, you will report to the Pharmacy Operations Manager and focus on developing and delivering effective training tailored to pharmacy professionals. By collaborating with pharmacy managers and IT, you'll identify learning needs and ensure successful system rollouts. Your contribution will enhance operational efficacy and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct training sessions on pharmacy management and dispensing software
• Design comprehensive training resources, including e-learning modules
• Assess ongoing training gaps and system proficiency




• Support pharmacy staff during system upgrades and transitions
• Track and evaluate training effectiveness and proficiency metrics

Requirements:
• Certificate from an accredited Pharmacy Technician program
• Experience with Pharmacy Management Systems, including Kroll
• 2+ years of training experience in a healthcare setting
• Solid adult learning and facilitation skills
• Understanding of pharmacy regulations and standards
