In this position, you will provide high-level administrative support, helping to prepare materials for management discussions and maintain ongoing client communications. Your ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively will be critical in addressing the needs of executives and clients. Strong attention to detail and professional communication are essential qualities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage executive calendars and complex meeting arrangements
• Develop briefing materials for executive decision-making
• Draft correspondence and other qualified documents
• Act as a liaison for communications with clients
• Oversee records and documentation management
Requirements:

• Excellent business writing and communication abilities
