In this role at TERAGO, you will spearhead the technical efforts surrounding our IP network, ensuring robust service delivery. With responsibilities in Recent Product Introductions and customer service activation, you will collaborate closely with vendors and internal teams. Utilize your knowledge in MPLS, DDoS, and BGP protocols to help shape our network landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
• Validate non-standard solutions through lab testing
• Design detailed network configurations and scripts
• Manage project execution per MOP guidelines




• Provide Tier-3 support for complex issues
• Develop documentation and training materials for teams

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical fields
• 3-5 years supporting service provider environments
• Preferred: Cisco CCNP/CCIE or Fortinet certifications
• Strong multitasking and communication abilities
• Availability for after-hours support as needed
