Key Responsibilities:
• Manage records processing including scanning and validation
• Operate the switchboard and assist patient inquiries




• Ensure accuracy in patient registrations and documentation
• Perform analysis on records for compliance with guidelines
• Train new staff on procedures and effective practices

Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 education
• Two years' recent, related experience
• Strong typing and communication skills
• Ability to handle physical duties and operate equipment
• Knowledgeable about patient information systems
