The Millwright role at IPEX Inc. involves critical responsibilities in equipment maintenance and repair. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, your schedule will consist of day shifts from 7am to 3:30pm or 12-hour shifts on a rotating basis. You will troubleshoot mechanical issues and conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
• Repair and maintain industrial machinery and related equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and tools
• Document maintenance activities in logs and forms




• Troubleshoot mechanical, air, and hydraulic systems
• Keep the maintenance shop organized and clean

Requirements:
• Red Seal Millwright certification and at least 3 years’ experience
• Excellent attention to detail and focus on continuous improvement
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate in a team setting
• Flexibility for non-scheduled overtime if needed
