As the coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing ministry initiatives and support systems. Your excellent organizational abilities, alongside experience in administration and event management, will be critical to this mission-driven role. The position also involves volunteer engagement and retreat facilitation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate ministry departmental projects
• Handle retreat registrations and participant support
• Maintain volunteer program records and communication




• Organize and assist at various ministry events
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date

Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant administrative experience
• Post-secondary degree in business or related fields
• Familiarity with databases and management software
• Previous work in nonprofit or faith-based organizations
• Must be available for occasional evening and weekend events
