This role focuses on essential maintenance tasks under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor. You’ll be involved in everything from carpentry and plumbing to general upkeep of our facilities. Your skills will ensure our properties are secure and welcoming for individuals we support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute preventive maintenance on physical facilities
• Repair and paint walls, ensuring high-quality finishes
• Complete plumbing fixtures and basic repairs efficiently
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and assist with maintenance
• Collaborate with outside contractors for specialized tasks
Requirements:
• Over 5 years of building maintenance experience
• Degree or diploma in relevant field preferred
• Certified in First Aid and willing to obtain other certifications
• Strong problem-solving skills in maintenance issues
• Flexibility in working different hours
