This role in the Cougars Athletics and Recreation Department requires an individual who can adapt to varied work schedules while effectively managing up to five staff members during events. You will oversee admissions and concessions, maintaining high standards in customer service, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations. Your organizational skills will be crucial as you handle financial reconciliations and customer interactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer all Cougars admissions during sporting events
• Set up and dismantle admissions and concession operations
• Deliver high-tier customer assistance and service




• Maintain cleanliness standards in all operational areas
• Supervise staff adherence to food service regulations

Requirements:
• Food Handler Certification and Alberta ProServe Certification
• Background in food service and fast-paced environments
• Robust communication and detail-oriented skills
• Competence with Google suite and basic accounting processes
• Capability to work independently while leading a team
