This role involves 40 hours of work each week, engaging directly with children while implementing the YMCA Playing to Learn curriculum. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and lead creative childcare programming
• Cultivate positive relationships with children and parents
• Collaborate to ensure a safe and nurturing environment




• Maintain compliance with legal and program standards
• Utilize communication tools for daily updates to parents

Requirements:
• ECE License recognized in British Columbia required
• Preferred: Infant Toddler Educator credentials
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• First Aid and CPR-C & AED certification necessary
• Criminal Record check must be provided prior to start
