Your expertise in conflict resolution and workforce planning will be vital in assisting with recruitment efforts and interpreting HR policies. Key Responsibilities:
• Advise leaders on employee relations and workplace issues
• Manage performance and attendance management processes
• Partner in recruitment and onboarding initiatives
• Apply collective agreements and employment legislation
• Identify workplace challenges and escalate complex matters
Requirements:
• Degree in HR or a related discipline
• Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) credential
• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience
• Background in unionized work environments
• Experience in workplace investigations is a plus
