Key Responsibilities:
• Screen referrals from health care teams for nutrition priorities
• Engage with patients for nutritional assessments




• Implement nutrition care plans provided by Registered Dietitians
• Act as a liaison between care units and Food Services
• Participate in quality assurance activities and audits

Requirements:
• Relevant education in food service management or nutrition
• One year recent experience preferred
• Food Safe Certificate 1 is an asset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Robust organizational abilities and conflict resolution skills
