Magna Exteriors is seeking a skilled Millwright Technician to support our automotive technology initiatives. You will play a vital role in maintenance, ensuring machinery operates smoothly and safely in a quick-paced environment.
As a Millwright Technician, you will need at least a Grade 12 diploma and a valid Certificate of Qualification #433A. Ideal candidates have mechanical experience, particularly in CNC or automotive settings, and are adept in the maintenance of complex machinery and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute preventive maintenance on plant equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic machinery
• Operate cranes and forklifts to assist in repairs
• Maintain records in the maintenance database system
• Collaborate with service specialists for machine repairs
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma and Industrial Millwright license
• Mechanical work experience in CNC or automotive field
• Understanding of safety protocols and maintenance practices
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and time management
