As part of the Default Solutions division, you'll report to the Manager of Collections and Recoveries while collaborating with the Vendor Performance Lead. Your focus will be on managing vendor performance, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) for impactful coaching. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee vendor adherence to client guidelines
• Use KPI reporting to improve vendor performance
• Facilitate timely communications with network partners
• Complete assessments and follow up on performance plans
• Engage in project work as a subject matter expert
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in relevant fields of Collections or Debt Recovery
• Robust organizational and prioritization skills
• Positive attitude and customer focus
• Effective communication across teams
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
