In this permanent position, you’ll collaborate within a diverse team to coordinate care for children with complex mental health needs. Your focus on thorough nursing assessments, medication reconciliation, and health promotion will directly impact patients’ well-being. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct complete nursing assessments and identify risks
• Integrate data to set health goals and nursing interventions




• Monitor and modify care plans based on patient needs
• Educate patients about their conditions and care plans
• Accurately record clinical information in the health system

Requirements:
• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in nursing
• 3-5 years pediatric experience in mental health care
• Valid RN/RPN license from Alberta's nursing colleges
• Familiarity with confidentiality regulations
• Reliable vehicle for work-related travel
