BC Ferries seeks a detail-oriented Materials Coordinator to advance inventory control in the Asset Management Improvement Program. You will visit diverse sites for inventory audits and maintain accurate records.

In this 18-month term role, your focus will be on enhancing inventory accuracy across terminal regions. Your responsibilities will involve inspecting, documenting, and optimizing storage areas while working closely with Engineering and other teams. This position provides an excellent opportunity to apply your skills in organization and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct site visits to catalog inventory locations
• Ensure all items are labeled and stored correctly
• Compare physical inventory with Maximo data




• Assist in disposal processes for obsolete inventory
• Maintain comprehensive spreadsheets of inventory details

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory or warehousing
• Familiarity with BCF and Maximo software
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Valid BC Driver's Licence necessary
