Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise student clinical practice in medical/surgical care
• Mentor students as they engage with patients
• Collaborate with the Clinical Practice Specialist for support
• Drive student success through effective teaching methods
• Share knowledge and expertise in nursing practice
Requirements:
• Valid RN registration with BCCNM
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) mandatory
• Three years of relevant nursing experience
• 140 hours of recent acute medical/surgical practice
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
