In this full time role, you'll report to the Parts Manager and support a variety of customers by providing the necessary parts solutions. Your dedication to excellent service and ability to multitask will ensure customer needs are met promptly while maintaining inventory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with parts selection in a professional manner
• Provide pricing information and respond to inquiries
• Review and confirm accuracy of shop parts orders




• Keep inventory organized and fulfill orders accurately
• Communicate with both customers and shop about parts

Requirements:
• 3-4 years of Toyota Parts experience is an asset
• 2 years of experience in a dealership parts counter
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Experience with PBS, Infostream, or Shortel preferred
• Eagerness for ongoing training and professional growth
