We seek a motivated technician to be part of our Canadian Field Service Team, based in Toronto. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring compliance with Health Canada and FDA regulations. With focus on professional growth and customer relations, you'll play a key role in helping our clients navigate their diagnostic needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical service for diagnostic equipment

• Expand knowledge in product applications continuously
• Maintain high standards of customer support
Requirements:
• Associate degree or higher in Electronics, Mechanical, or Robotics Engineering
• 2+ years in servicing electronic or electro-mechanical tools
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills
• Must hold a valid driver’s license
• Capability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs
