As an LPN at AgeCare, you will report to the Director of Care and work collaboratively with a dedicated team. Your role focuses on implementing and evaluating care plans, conducting assessments, and managing resident care transitions. You will play a key role in ensuring that care aligns with provincial standards, enhancing the comfort and safety of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and evaluate nursing care plans for residents
• Maintain accurate documentation and assessments
• Administer medications and manage nursing care effectively




• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members
• Engage in resident care conferences and support schedules

Requirements:
• Registered LPN in British Columbia
• Background in gerontology or complex care preferred
• Strong critical thinking and clinical skills required
• Proficiency with electronic documentation
• Completion of a current Vulnerable Sector Check
