Manage the Processing & Packaging teams at Gay Lea Foods as a Production Supervisor. Ensure efficiency and safety on the production floor during afternoon shifts while fostering teamwork.

In this role, you will report to the Production Manager and be responsible for overall operational success during the afternoon shift. Your leadership will guide staff in achieving production schedules while adhering to HACCP and GMP standards. This position also entails training employees and championing health and safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations ensuring smooth production and teamwork
• Oversee employee training and compliance with quality standards
• Track departmental effectiveness against KPIs




• Maintain records and generate daily reports on production
• Engage in ongoing safety training and improvement initiatives

Requirements:
• Five years' experience in a food manufacturing environment
• At least three years of supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of quality management processes
• Effective communicator with positive problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
