In this supportive role, you will assist students by providing clear interpretations of policies and degree requirements. Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate complex information sensitively to students
• Assist with degree audit processes using SIS and DAG
• Process essential documentation and academic requests
• Promote utilization of university resources and tools
• Offer training to new staff on procedures and services
Requirements:
• A minimum of four years related experience or equivalent
• Two years post-secondary education
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Acute attention to detail and organization
• Proficient in MS Excel and scheduling tasks
