In this pivotal Senior Business Analyst role, you will be the functional lead for Workday Security and Integrations, reporting directly to the Chapter Manager. With 4-7 years of hands-on experience, you will connect complex HR policies and technical solutions to improve the employee journey. Your expertise in Workday’s various modules will play a crucial role in refining workflows and enhancing integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as subject matter expert for Workday Security and Integrations
• Collaborate with vendors for system maintenance and enhancements




• Lead quarterly security audits and semi-annual releases
• Troubleshoot integration issues for timely data flow
• Develop new security roles for improved access management

Requirements:
• 4-7 years of Workday Security and Integration experience
• Workday certification preferred
• Solid problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Deep understanding of HR business processes
• Excellent collaboration skills to drive change
