This key leadership role demands over 10 years of relevant experience, focusing on creating a proactive safety culture across our operations in North America. Responsibilities include implementing safety policies, conducting legal risk assessments, and facilitating compliance with applicable health and safety standards. You’ll be instrumental in leading training initiatives, ensuring that our employees are well-equipped for protected working conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of company-wide safety programs
• Conduct thorough workplace safety audits and inspections
• Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment on safety practices

Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of health and safety experience in manufacturing
