In this role, you will collaborate with the sales team to provide estimates on various mechanical systems and projects. Your responsibilities will include evaluating project specifications, conducting site surveys, and preparing labor and material cost estimates. A successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of HVACR systems and the implementation of cost-effective solutions that satisfy client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive technical support for clients
• Estimate commercial HVACR and plumbing projects




• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for materials
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Evaluate subcontractor quotes and assess project impacts

Requirements:
• 5-10 years mechanical estimating experience required
• Familiarity with Ontario Building Code and industry standards
• Relevant post-secondary education or certification preferred
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Proficient in using estimating software and MS Office
