• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental guidelines
• Train and develop project controls personnel effectively
• Analyze and report on project performance and variances

• Lead management of change processes within projects
Requirements:
• 10 years of project accounting or controls experience
• University degree in engineering, business, or related field
• Preferred 15+ years experience in mining project controls
• Knowledge in project management and data manipulation
• Additional certifications in PMP or QS are assets
