In your role, you will assess engineering documents, support system approvals, and respond to industry inquiries regarding fuel-related regulations. Your contributions will include investigating incidents and promoting compliance, which are pivotal to maintaining the integrity of fuel systems essential for community safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review engineering submissions for compliance evaluation
• Issue approvals and registrations for fuel systems and appliances
• Provide guidance on regulatory standards and compliance
• Participate in assessments of safety incidents with inspectors
• Research emerging regulations and technologies in the fuel sector
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field with P.Eng.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant engineering experience
• Familiarity with CSA and ASME standards
• Experience in quality management and regulatory practices
• Strong communication and cooperative problem-solving skills
