Join Meadowridge School as a Volunteer and Events Manager, focusing on enhancing community involvement through dynamic events and volunteer coordination. This role emphasizes creativity, customer service, and strategic communication.

Reporting to the Director of Development & Community Relations, you will lead the planning and evaluation of school events while managing volunteer activities. Your passion for creating engaging experiences and exceptional organizational skills will ensure that all events provide maximum impact and income. You will also work closely with community stakeholders and internal departments to accomplish set objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage logistics for various school events and initiatives
• Design and implement communication strategies for events




• Oversee volunteer recruitment, training, and supervision
• Create structured event timelines and project plans
• Maintain comprehensive records and feedback systems

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in nonprofit event management
• Degree in a related field preferred
• Familiarity with events and volunteer coordination
• Ability to manage audio/visual equipment processes
• Adaptable schedule for event hours and local travel
