In the Lead Crew Hand role, you'll be pivotal in coordinating pipeline/facility decommissioning projects, providing hands-on leadership and guidance to labourers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will require effective communication, operational management, and an unwavering focus on safety practices across all tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee protected hoisting and rigging operations using a crew truck
• Support labourers with pipeline and facility tasks
• Delegate day-to-day on-site job responsibilities
• Ensure safety processes are always followed
• Assist in preparing field reports and documentation
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of relevant industry experience
• Valid class 5 driver's license with solid driving history
• Strong safety awareness and equipment operational skills
• Effective leadership and interpersonal abilities
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and complete fitness tests
