As a strategic advisor reporting to the People & Culture Director, you will support business leaders by translating priorities into actionable HR plans. Your background in HR and leadership coaching will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and engaging company culture at Crowe BGK.

Key Responsibilities:
• Foster relationships with managers and employees to understand business priorities
• Advise on organizational effectiveness and workforce planning
• Support succession planning and talent review processes




• Guide leaders on performance management practices
• Collaborate on People & Culture initiatives for continuous improvement

Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of HR experience in a business partner capacity
• Proven skills in employee relations and performance management
• Familiarity with Quebec HR legislation and practices
• Expertise in organizational change and coaching
• CHRP/CRHA certification is an asset
