As a Site Reliability Developer 1 at Vena, you'll be integral to our SaaS Technology and Operations team. Key Responsibilities:
• Help implement ITIL processes, including incident management
• Create and maintain runbooks for operations
• Act on requests from internal application support teams




• Monitor and maintain systems for optimal performance
• Work on problem-solving and root cause analysis efforts

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in SRE or similar roles
• Familiarity with AWS and cloud infrastructure management
• Ability to write production-level code in any language
• Understanding of monitoring tools like Datadog and CloudWatch
