As the HR Generalist, you'll have the autonomy to implement processes, from driving recruitment to onboarding and maintaining compliance with vital HR regulations. You'll work closely with the HR & Admin Manager to ensure all critical HR functions are executed smoothly and efficiently. Ideal for independent thinkers with a builder's mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment and candidate screening
• Oversee new hire onboarding and role-specific training
• Maintain employee attendance and training records




• Address employee queries on HR policies and benefits
• Comply with the Ontario Employment Standards Act

Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of HR generalist experience
• Degree or diploma in HR or Business Administration
• Knowledge of HRIS and recruitment systems
• Understanding of the Ontario legal framework for employment
• English fluency; Mandarin an asset
